1. Plans

| Pro | €39 | €390 | 300 requests per monthly service period |
Checkout shows applicable taxes, currency, total and recurring charge. A displayed consumer price includes applicable VAT unless otherwise clearly and lawfully stated before purchase.
2. Annual subscriptions
An annual plan is paid once and provides 12 months of access. It is not one annual pool of 1,800 or 3,600 requests. The year contains 12 consecutive monthly allowance periods: 150 requests for Standard or 300 for Pro in each period.
The annual saving relates to 12 months of access: Standard saves €58 compared with 12 monthly payments and Pro saves €78, assuming unchanged prices and continuous subscription for the year.
3. Requests and resets
One request is one user message or task accepted by Ramón for processing. System clarification messages, error notices and reprocessing required by a confirmed technical error should not consume another request. Before launch, this definition must match the product counter.
The included allowance resets at the start of each monthly service period on the date shown in the account. Unused included requests do not roll over and expire at period end. Using the allowance does not shorten paid access.
4. Running out of requests and top-ups
The customer may wait for the next reset or buy a one-off top-up. A top-up does not cancel, extend or restart the main subscription and does not change its renewal date.
How top-ups work- They are non-recurring purchases.
- They are used after the included allowance.
- They are valid only until the next monthly allowance reset shown before payment.
- Unused requests expire at that reset and do not roll over.
- They can only be used with an active subscription.
The approved packs are 50 requests for €10 and 150 requests for €30. Both cost €0.20 per request. The exact expiry date is shown prominently before payment, in the order confirmation and in the account. Expiry does not restrict withdrawal rights or remedies for a non-conforming service, an incorrect charge or failure to disclose the expiry date properly.
5. Renewal and price changes
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. The future amount and frequency are shown before purchase. Price changes are notified in advance and apply only to a future renewal after any notice or consent required by law.
6. Cancellation
The customer may cancel future renewal at any time through subscription management in the account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid monthly or annual term. Access and monthly resets continue until then.
Cancellation alone does not produce a refund for unused paid time. This does not restrict the 14-day consumer withdrawal right, remedies for a non-conforming service, refunds for an incorrect charge or the voluntary accidental-renewal rule.
7. Failed payment
If a payment fails, Shopify or the payment provider may retry and notify the customer. Access may be suspended after reasonable notice if payment remains outstanding. The customer can update the payment method or cancel future renewal.
