Ramón will prepare the relevant case materials and a cover note, then arrange a consultation with an independent tax professional at a time that works for you.

  • Only the materials you approve will be shared
  • Messages, status updates and the written result will stay in Ramón

Pay monthly or save for the year

Choose monthly billing if you prefer a smaller upfront payment.

Choose annual billing if you plan to keep using Ramón. You pay for 10 months and get 12.

What counts as a request?

One request covers one matter — the initial question or document, plus the follow-up details Ramón needs to handle it. A separate matter counts as a new request.

For example, a question about rental tax relief, together with the relevant tax year, region and documents, counts as one request.

How the limits work

Standard includes 150 requests per month; Pro includes 300. With annual billing, the allowance is still monthly.

How to change your plan

Change plans from Subscriptions in your customer account. Upgrades take effect after you approve the prorated charge for the remaining paid period. Monthly downgrades take effect at the next renewal without a refund for the current period. Annual downgrades take effect at the next monthly allowance reset, with a prorated refund for the remaining annual period. Your renewal date does not change.

Come back without starting again

Save the matter as a case. Ramón keeps the confirmed facts, saved documents and history together, so you can continue from what is already known.

Ramón prepares. You decide.
