Refund policy
If you were charged incorrectly or twice, or Ramón was not supplied as promised, email ramon@hanlon.world with your order number or checkout email. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract, you may tell us unambiguously by email within 14 days after concluding the contract. You do not have to give a reason. We will acknowledge the notice and explain its effect on access and the refund. If you expressly requested that service begin during the withdrawal period, an amount proportionate to service lawfully supplied before your notice may be payable under applicable law and the agreed contract price. We do not apply a fixed charge per request. If no service was supplied, no amount is deducted for service use. We will make any refund within the deadline required by law. Mandatory rights for faulty service are unaffected.
Prepaid periods do not renew automatically. For a prepaid order, use the refund and withdrawal route above. As an additional courtesy for an older automatically renewing subscription, we will refund an accidental monthly renewal requested within 48 hours, or an accidental annual renewal requested within seven calendar days, if no user request was accepted and no Ramón service was supplied in that renewed period. We will confirm the result after checking the renewal record. An approved refund ends access funded by the refunded charge. This courtesy does not limit statutory rights.
Stopping future charges on an older subscription is described in the Cancellation Policy and is a separate request from a refund. A prepaid period has no future automatic charge to cancel.
